WEST VALLEY CITY — The city recently unveiled a new Web site with extra features and helpful information for residents.

The site, www.wvc-ut.gov, has online forms, online court payment options, an opinion poll, a database of frequently asked questions and an interactive city events calendar.

City job openings are also listed on the site, which has a notification feature that will send e-mail updates to people who are interested.

According to the city, plans are in the works to allow residents to submit requests for service online and receive updates for when the requests are assigned, in progress or completed.
