Brigham Young University's undergraduate and graduate accounting programs are ranked second in the Public Accounting Report's Annual Survey of Accounting Professors.
Both BYU accounting programs have been among the top three in the country every year since 1995.
In the ranking survey, accounting professors and accounting department heads around the nation were asked to name programs that turn out students capable of gaining partner status in the future.
The 2007 top undergraduate programs are University of Texas, BYU, University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, University of Notre Dame and University of Southern California. In the undergraduate division, BYU and Illinois tied for second place. The top master level programs are Texas, BYU, Illinois, USC and Notre Dame.
