LEHI If you wanted to attend the Lehi pre-council meeting late last month but couldn't find the time to go, don't worry, you wouldn't have gotten in anyway the doors were locked.
The pre-council meeting, a discussion and work session for the mayor and city council prior to the official City Council meeting is required to be open to the public.
Howard Johnson, Lehi's mayor apologized for the several locked doors during the meeting.
"It's the first time I have known them not to be unlocked," he said.
The mayor and all five members of the Lehi City Council attended the meeting and heard an update from Utah Department of Transportation about the Mountain View Corridor. UDOT prefers the highway go in at 2100 North instead of at 4800 North, the area Lehi presented as a better option than 2100 North.
