Nine winners will be selected from each of the state's geographic areas in a drawing set for Dec. 4, one month before the ceremony. The deadline for entries is Nov. 30.

Postcard entries must contain a name, address including county and phone or e-mail information. The entries should be sent to Gov. Jon Huntsman Jr., 220 E. State Capitol Complex, Salt Lake City, UT 84114.

Winners of the "Once in a Utah Lifetime" contest will be invited to attend the ceremony with a guest. For more information, contact the Capitol Preservation Board at 801-538-3074.
