The Salt Lake City Film Center, as part of its Spanish Language Film Series, will show "Shadow of Hope," today in the Salt Lake City Library auditorium, 210 E. 400 South. The film is free to the public and is in English.
The film is an unprecedented journey into the world of undocumented immigration and the challenges and opportunities it creates. It is the winner of best national new documentary and was directed by local TV personality Ken Verdoia.
The showing of the first part of the film will be at 6 p.m., the second part at 7 p.m., and at 8 p.m., there will be a discussion with Verdoia and Les Roka, a media consultant. For more information, go to www.slcfilmcenter.org.
