VOLLEYBALL: Utah State's women's volleyball team will return to Western Athletic Conference play this week with two matches, beginning with a road contest at Idaho tonight at 8 p.m. Utah State is 15-11 on the season and in third-place in the WAC with a 9-4 record. Following Monday's match, the Aggies will play its final home contest on Thursday against Nevada at 7 p.m.

SWIMMING: At Irvine, Calif., after 13 more events on the second day of the Lincoln Shootout, the BYU men's swim team came out on top of every team except for Hawaii, which pushed BYU's Shootout record to 7-1. The Cougars won against three of the four teams, with BYU finishing ahead of UC Irvine (79-34), Cal State Northridge (102-9) and Cal Poly (94-19). The Cougars were edged 58-55 by the Warriors. The men's and women's swimming team will be in action on Friday against UNLV in Provo. The meet begins at 6 p.m.
