Andy Dalton threw for two touchdowns and TCU held New Mexico to 28 rushing yards in a 37-0 victory Saturday in Fort Worth, Texas.

Dalton connected with Derek Moore for a 29-yard touchdown in the second quarter and with Ervin Dickerson for a 1-yard score in the fourth.

The Horned Frogs (5-4, 2-3 Mountain West) also scored on a 7-yard pass from Marcus Jackson, who shared time at quarterback with Dalton, to Marcus Brock during a 17-point second quarter.

Chris Manfredini kicked field goals of 28, 25, and 17 yards to help TCU end a three-game winning streak by New Mexico (6-3, 3-2).

TCU hounded Lobos quarterback Donovan Porterie and held running back Rodney Ferguson to 13 carries for 28 yards, 81 below his season average. Porterie was 7-for-23 passing for 76 yards and was sacked twice.

Even completed passes turned disastrous for New Mexico. Travis Brown fumbled after a catch, and Frogs cornerback Rafael Priest returned it 13 yards for a touchdown in the third quarter.

Joseph Turner led TCU's balanced offense with a career-high 115 yards on 28 carries. The Frogs had 417 total yards — 234 rushing and 183 passing — while holding the Lobos to 119.

The rushing yards and total offense were New Mexico's lowest since a 55-14 loss to Oregon State in the 2003 Las Vegas Bowl. The Lobos hadn't been shut out since 2002 against Texas Tech.

New Mexico has lost all three games against TCU in the Mountain West. Each time, the Frogs have led at least 24-0, although the Lobos came back to make things interesting the past two years.

SAN DIEGO ST. 27, WYOMING 24: At San Diego, Kevin O'Connell threw a 27-yard touchdown pass to Vincent Brown with just more than a minute left to lift San Diego State.

San Diego State (3-5, 2-2 Mountain West) got a 27-yard punt return from Brent Swain to start the Aztecs' winning drive at the Wyoming 38-yard line. O'Connell found Brown for the winning score on third-and-13 at the 1:06 mark that put the Aztecs ahead for the first time in the game.

Karsten Sween threw two first-half touchdown passes to Michael Ford for Wyoming (6-3, 3-2), which led 21-0 in the second quarter. Sandwiched in between Sween's TD passes of 19 and 30 yards to Ford was Quincy Rogers' 80-yard interception return for a touchdown late in the first quarter.
