LNR group acquires Bangerter Crossing

LNR Commercial Property Group has acquired the Bangerter Crossing Business Park.

The business park is still under construction, with the first two buildings to be completed next spring. The first phase of construction will eventually include three buildings, and there are four phases planned.

The business park is 34 acres and located on Bangerter Highway in Salt Lake City. When completed, there will be 3.5 million square feet of industrial and office space.
