Layton equestrian event to benefit Make-A-Wish

Saltair Farm, a stable and horse-riding training center in Layton, is hosting a benefit drive on Saturday, Nov. 3, from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., for the Make-A-Wish Foundation.

The event will feature an equestrian jumping show, pony rides, bake sale, raffle, silent auction, games and Dutch-oven cooking.

Proceeds will go to the foundation, which arranges vacation trips, fund-raisers and special events for children with life-threatening medical conditions.
