The Young Entrepreneurs of America will have its Young Entrepreneur Summit from 8:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. Dec. 6 at the Larry H. Miller Center at the Salt Lake Community College South Campus, 9750 S. 300 West.
The summit is for junior high and high school students to learn more about entrepreneurship, marketing, finance, accounting and operations from entrepreneurs and venture capitalists in the state. It also marks the kickoff of the Young Entrepreneurs of America Business Plan and Young Entrepreneur of the Year competitions.
Registration is $8 per teacher or student before Nov. 16 and $10 each thereafter. The nonstudent price is $20.
