Pastor Bernie Anderson will be among the speakers at an upcoming conference titled "Protecting Children and Families from Pornography," to be held from 8 a.m. to 1 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 27, at the South Towne Expo Center.
Sponsored by the Catholic Diocese of Salt Lake, the Legacy Law Foundation and the LDS Public Affairs Council, the event includes a series of workshops to educate citizens and provide resources. The public is invited to attend, and the First Presidency of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints recently sent a letter to area leaders, asking that they share information about the conference with those who would benefit from attending.
