PORTAGE, Box Elder County — The Box Elder County Sheriff's Office has released the name of an 18-year-old West Point man who died last Thursday in an ATV rollover.
Gregory Scott Woodbury died on a county road near the Utah-Idaho border, according to Sheriff's Chief Deputy Lynn Yeates.
The accident was discovered about 1:30 p.m. on a paved road near Portage. Yeates said while the accident occurred on a main road in the small town, it could have gone unnoticed for up to an hour before being discovered.
