OREM Nicole Toomey-Davis, director of the Centers of Excellence Program in the Governor's Office of Economic Development, will speak at Utah Valley State College on Thursday as part of the Technology Lecture Series.
Toomey-Davis' presentation, "The State of Utah's Role in Technology Development," is at 11:30 a.m. in the Computer Science Building, Room 404.
Toomey-Davis was recruited by the GOED to help accelerate the commercialization of Utah's most promising university-based technologies. She leads Enclavix, LLC, a new software and technology development company and is former president and chief executive office of DoBox, Inc., the leading provider of software and parental control solutions.
