Dr. Bruce D. Perry will be the featured speaker at the Child Care Professional Development Institute's fifth annual Child Care Professional Development Conference, taking place Friday and Saturday.
Perry will present his keynote speech at 8:45 a.m. Saturday at the Salt Lake Community College South City Campus, 1575 S. State.
Perry was featured in the "Ten Things Every Child Needs" video and is the senior fellow of The Child-Trauma Academy. For the past 15 years, he has been a teacher, clinician and researcher in the field of children's mental health.
