The Utah Entrepreneur Challenge will kick off this year's competition on Thursday at the Officers Club at the University of Utah.
The keynote speaker for the event will be Scott Anderson, president and chief executive officer of Zions Bank.
The Utah Entrepreneur Challenge is a business plan competition open to any university or college student in Utah. Every year, the program awards more than $100,000 in cash and in-kind services to the top finalists in the competition.
