The renovation of Provo's historic Maeser School as affordable senior housing has won at least half a dozen awards.

• Best of State 2007 — City planning

• Utah Heritage Foundation 2007 — Heritage Award

• Affordable Housing Finance Magazine 2007 — Finalist, Historic Rehabilitation

• National Trust for Historic Places/HGTV — $50,000 Restore America grant

• Association of Builders and Contractors 2006 — Best Rehabilitation
