Pepper is a playful and cuddly 6-month-old Abyssinian mix kitten. She loves to be held, and she's calm and loving in all types of situations.

Lady is a fun and friendly 3-month-old bull mastiff mix. She loves treats and toys and she adores playing with other dogs. She's at the perfect age to go to school with her new family and learn all the house rules, as well as some impressive tricks.

Lady is waiting for a loving person or family to notice her. Her adoption fee is $95. Each day Salt Lake County Animal Services receives dozens of gorgeous, well-mannered pets like Pepper and Lady, and we always wonder where their families are. Maybe these sweet faces will inspire each of us to take a moment to ensure that our dogs are currently licensed, as required by law, and that dogs and cats are wearing other accurate identification. Tags on pets and microchips can save their lives in a number of ways, so be sure your animals are identified.
