Lone Peak center commits to Iowa State

Justin Hamilton of Lone Peak High School has verbally committed to play basketball at Iowa State University.

Hamilton, who was playing football until he grew to 6-foot-10 his sophomore year, played mostly junior varsity for the Knights last season in his junior year. He was recruited after playing in spring and summer tournaments with club team Salt Lake Metro.
