AUDIO: The chatter in the plane, before dropping, does well to create atmosphere. In fact, as with most of the Medal of Honor releases, the chit-chat between soldiers is fantastic. The weapons clack with reality, making you feel like you are in the line of fire or creating the line of fire. And the music continues with the movie-quality soundtrack. At least Airborne sounds like a winner.

PARENT'S TAKE: If your kids aren't teenagers — as the game is rated — then you definitely don't want to let them play this game. Medal of Honor: Airborne is a brutal war shooter that's bloody and violent.

FINAL WORD: Medal of Honor: Airborne has extremely short levels that can be finished in an hour. So, with six levels, Medal of Honor: Airborne can be finished in around seven or eight hours. If you want to extend your gameplay, as I did, you can go Rambo and try to parachute into different areas and take the Nazis on alone. But nothing is going to make Medal of Honor: Airborne better than an average WWII shooter.
