I want to express my disgust and displeasure at the two full pages on roller derby. Especially disturbing was the large photo of the Sisters of No Mercy group. The crosses on their outfit tops were placed so as to show cleavage through the cross. As a Catholic and a member of a minority religion here in Utah, I resent the publication of these pictures in a family newspaper.
The derby girls have a right to do whatever they want, but do you have to give them a cover story? Are these the role models for our young girls?
