WELLINGTON, Carbon County The Arch Coal Teacher Achievement Awards program is again seeking nominations of outstanding teachers in Carbon, Emery, Sanpete and Sevier counties.
The program, underwritten by the Arch Coal Foundation and in its second year in Utah, selects five teachers to receive $2,500 personal cash awards. The four counties surround the Dugout Canyon, Skyline and Sufco coal mines owned by Arch Coal Inc.
