Gov. Jon Huntsman Jr. did not cost Utah 170 jobs by going after Crandall Canyon Mine owner Bob Murray. Murray cost Utah 170 jobs. The governor had an obligation to question Mr. Murray's intentions in relation to the lost miners. He also had an obligation and right to question the safety and nature of Mr. Murray's other operations. Next to P.T. Barnum, Bob Murray rates as one of the great "grandstanders" of all time.
