First Industrial Realty Trust has added a 66,000-square-foot industrial building to its Utah portfolio, according to NAI Utah Commercial Real Estate.
First Industrial LP acquired the property at 2064 W. Alexander in West Valley City from Elk Wood LLC.
First Industrial provides industrial real estate by leasing, developing, redeveloping, buying, selling and managing industrial facilities in the country's top 25 industrial markets.
