Three multi-tenant flex buildings located in the Metro Business Park have been purchased by RPM Investments, an entity of ARKA Properties Group, according to NAI Utah Commercial Real Estate.
Financial terms were not disclosed.
The three buildings total 87,157 square feet and are at approximately 1127 W. 2320 South.
ARKA's portfolio of real estate, located in more than 15 states, includes more than 9 million square feet of commercial, industrial and retail properties and more than 1,200 residential apartment units.
