Sorenson Molecular Genealogy Foundation has been named by Family Tree magazine to its annual list of the 101 best family history Web sites in the September 2007 issue.
The free, online SMGF database (www.smgf.org) is unique because it can link an individual's genetic profile to specific ancestors by name going back a half-dozen generations and further.
SMGF is a nonprofit scientific organization with the world's largest correlated genetic and genealogy catalog of more than 5 million records from 172 countries.
