No person shall travel, use or ride a skateboard, longboard or similar device utilizing a prone, luge or skeleton technique on county trails and parkways.
No person shall travel, use or ride on county trails and parkways in excess of the lesser of 15 mph or the posted speed limit.
Violations of the ordinance will be counted as an infraction of the law. Multiple violations of the ordinance can result in a class C misdemeanor.
Any pedestrian using paved county trails must travel only in the lane designated for pedestrians. Wheeled methods of transportation must also stay in their designated lanes.
Walking zones must be observed.
Wheeled mechanisms must pass on the left and announce when they are about to do so.
All dogs on paved county parkways and trails shall be restrained with a leash of 6 feet or less.
