Carlos A. Linares will leave his position as president and chief executive officer of the Utah Hispanic Chamber of Commerce to start his own consulting business and teach at Westminster College.
He was the chamber's leader for two years. His final day in the position will be Oct. 1. The chamber's board of directors has begun its search for Linares' successor.
