BYU's Campus Education Week roster includes 2 Utah Valley Life columnists

PROVO — Two Utah Valley Life columnists will be teaching at the 85th annual Campus Education Week at Brigham Young University which runs from Aug. 20-24.

Judith Rasband and Marie Ricks are among the 179 returning presenters. Rasband will discuss communication through dress and grooming, modesty in dress and image management in business. Ricks teaches the secrets of household organization, time management and training children to work.

This year's program, cosponsored by BYU and The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints' Church Educational System, offers more than 1,000 classes on education, religion, family relations, genealogy, history, health, science, law and finance.

The program is designed for adults, but anyone over the age of 14 may attend. There are more than 60 classes and a dance specifically intended for youths.

Participants may register for the week, a day or just a few hours. Attendance costs between $12-$66. Call 422-8925 before Aug. 17 or register Aug. 20, 7:30 a.m. through 5:30 p.m. at the northeast corner of the Marriott Center and in the Wilkinson Center Garden court.
