OGDEN — Manufacturing automation firm Setpoint Systems Inc. said Monday that its current management team has completed a partial buyout of the controlling interest of the company from Joe Cornwell and Joe VanDenBerghe.

Financial terms were not disclosed.

"This move allows the current management team the time to focus on Setpoint Systems without having to spend it spread out between the other companies within the Setpoint families," the company said.

Cornwell and VanDenBerghe will focus on Setpoint Inc., building amusement rides and providing mud skids to the oil rigging industry as well as some robotic contract welding.

Cornwell and VanDenBerghe will remain on the Setpoint Systems board but will no longer be involved in the day-to-day business operations.
