Salt Lake-based Nexia Holdings Inc. has closed on the acquisition of a controlling interest in Newby Salons LLC.
Newby operates a salon under the name Reflections Hair & Image Studio in Bountiful.
Nexia President Richard Surber said more salon acquisitions will come.
Nexia is a holding company with operations in real estate, health and beauty, and fashion retail.
