At Albuquerque, N.M., the Bees had their four-game winning streak come to an end. Jonathon Rouwenhorst (9-7) tossed the first complete game by a Salt Lake starter this season, but suffered his fourth-straight loss. He allowed just three runs on six hits with a season-high seven strikeouts and two walks.

The Bees had two runners thrown out at the plate in the game. Terry Evans was caught in a rundown in the first inning, as Kendry Morales had broken toward second and Morales was thrown out at the plate trying to score from second on a two-out single by Nick Gorneault in the fourth inning.

KEY STAT: In a pitcher's duel, Daniel Barone fans eight batters, compared to Jonathon Rouwenhorst's seven in eight innings.
