PROVO — A collection of local celebrities, including Cosmo Cougar, the Brigham Young University mascot, will celebrate the opening of a new road in Provo on Wednesday morning.
The ribbon cutting for the 4800 North extension is scheduled to begin at 8 a.m. Wednesday at 4525 N. Canyon Road with remarks or entertainment by Utah County Commissioners, Provo Mayor Lewis Billings, the Provo City Council, the Miss Provo royalty and mascots from Provo and Timpview high schools.
