Relax about global warming

It's refreshing to hear from people who haven't jumped on the global-warming bandwagon. The problem I have with the movement is that it seems to be a catch-all platform for anyone with a gripe about anything. The biggest gripe is Bush. The second is America and Americans. Then we have big corporations. Then technology, and so on. People seem so eager to give up their way of life, or at least force others to. I think global warming has been caused partly by technology and only technology can undo what it has wrought. The big corporations don't want a global catastrophe, and they will use their considerable might when the time is right. Chill out, guys!
