Richard L. White is executive vice president for Snow's Richfield campus and currently a Richfield City Council member and member of the board of directors of the area's chamber of commerce. White has served in other administrative capacities at the college, has worked at the University of Central Florida and at BYU. He received a bachelor's degree in history and political science from BYU, a master's in education from Harvard University and a doctorate in education administration from Pennsylvania State University.

Scott L. Wyatt is managing partner of Daines & Wyatt, LLP. He has served in county and private attorney facilities in Cache County, and as an instructor and a counselor for student legal services at USU. Wyatt is a former member and chairman of Snow's board of trustees and was a student regent as USU's student body president in 1985. He earned a juris doctorate at the University of Utah's S.J. "The committee has selected highly qualified finalists," said Regent Josh Reid, who chaired the presidential search committee. "I am appreciative of the local involvement and support throughout this process. Everyone should be pleased with the outcome of this tremendous effort."

The new president will commence his duties at the college beginning of the fall semester.
