• "Summer Bear: Food, Fun and Fitness Raw Food Retreat," July 19-22, 45 W. Center. Cost: $325 for the three days; $150 per day. Guest speaker: Dr. Craig Summers, author of the "Raw Foods Bible." • "C'Mon Everybody — Let's Go Fishing!" from 7:30-8:30 p.m. at Mile Rock picnic area. Learn basic fishing techniques. Saturday, July 21

• Cabela's Free Fishing Day, from 8-noon, 3502 Grand Terrace Parkway, Lehi. Fun fishing day for the whole family will include an on-site fishing pond stocked with fish. There will be prizes given away to those who catch tagged fish. All children will receive a free goody bag at the time of registration. No preregistration is required. • Orem community dance, from 8-11 p.m. at the Orem Friendship Center. Dance to the tunes of the Randy Evans Band. Cost: $5. Call 229-7110.

• "The Crystals of Timpanogos Cave," from 7:30-8:30 p.m. at the Timpanogos Cave National Monument Visitors Center. Come take a good look at the crystals found in the caves with ranger Royce Shelley. • "Legends, Ghosts, Folklore and More!" from 7:30-8:30 p.m. at the Timpanogos Cave National Monument Visitors Center. Ranger Ken Kyburz presents legends, ghost stories and folklore of the surrounding area in multimedia style. Call 756-5238. Class is free. • "Harry Potter and the Prisoner of Azkaban" is the last in the Harry Potter Movie Marathon at the American Fork Library, 64 S. 100 East. Movie begins at 6:30 p.m. Seats must be reserved. Call 763-3070. Free.
