Nexia Holdings Inc., based in Salt Lake City, said Friday that subsidiary Net2Auction Inc. plans to change its name to Green Endeavors Ltd. and conduct a one-for-five reverse stock split of its outstanding shares as of July 20.
Green Endeavors will become a Nexia subsidiary and hold ownership of Aveda lifestyle salons, including the Landis Lifestyle Salon and Reflections salons under contract with Nexia.
Nexia is a holding company with operations in real estate, health and beauty and fashion retail.
