MOAB — Grand County sheriff's deputies are investigating the discovery of a body in a canyon near the Colorado River.
The man's body was found Tuesday morning in Westwater Canyon by a group of people rafting down the river. Deputies said the man's identity is unknown, but the remains have been sent to the state Medical Examiner's Office to determine the cause of death.
