TRACK AND FIELD: Weber State has earned more academic honors after the U.S. Track and Field and Cross Country Coaches Association (USTFCCCA) announced the 2007 Division I men's and women's all-academic teams. Both the WSU men's and women's teams earned all-academic team honors, and a total of eight Wildcats earned all-academic individual honors. Both teams finished in the top 10 in team GPA. The women's team posted a GPA of 3.41 to tie for seventh on the women's list. The men's team also finished in seventh place and had a team GPA of 3.22.
Individually, Bret Ferrier, Brian Lindquist, David Olson, Jace Nye and Steve Shepherd were honored on the men's side, and Lindsey Anderson, Heidi Bouwhuis and Jamie Stubbs picked up the honor on the women's side.

ACADEMICS: The Western Athletic Conference announced its spring all-aca- demic teams on Tuesday, and Utah State had 60 student-athletes recognized. Thirty-nine earned all-academic team honors, while 21 were named to the academic all-freshmen/transfer team.
