Overnight camping is allowed only on University Avenue. Spectators camping on 100 South, 200 East or Center Street will be issued citations.
Spectators must clear noncamping areas by 11 p.m. tonight. All streets will be open for spectators at 5 a.m. Wednesday.
No parking is available along the parade route after 8 p.m. tonight.
Anything that would block the view of the parade must be taken down by 8 a.m. Wednesday.
Police will enforce noise ordinances, traffic laws and disorderly conduct laws.
