St. George: July 4, 7:30 a.m. breakfast, Vernon Worthen Park, 300 S. 300 East, $5 for adults and $3 for kids; 9 a.m. all-day activities; 8 p.m. The Country Showdown, Dixie Sunbowl, 100 S. 400 East; fireworks at dusk.
Weber County
Huntsville: July 4, 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. on the plaza at the base area the Kap Bros. Band will perform; barbecue will be offered on the plaza during the same time. Mary Rowland, 801-620-1013.
