Hurricane: July 4, 7 a.m. Lions Club breakfast, Main Street park; 8:30 a.m. parade; 9 a.m. flag ceremony; 9:15 a.m. games, fun, food; 9:30 a.m. races; 11 a.m. candy and fun; 9:45 a.m. races; 1-8 p.m. free swimming; 8:30 p.m. softball game; 10 p.m. fireworks, city ball field, 435-635-2811.

St. George: July 4, 7:30 a.m. breakfast, Vernon Worthen Park, 300 S. 300 East, $5 for adults and $3 for kids; 9 a.m. all-day activities; 8 p.m. The Country Showdown, Dixie Sunbowl, 100 S. 400 East; fireworks at dusk.

Weber County
