Prep football stars will face off tonight

Judge Memorial High School's new football stadium will be put to good use tonight as it hosts the Utah High School Football Coaches Association all-star games for recently graduated seniors.

The event begins at 4 p.m. with the 3A all-stars taking on a combined 2A-1A all-star team. At 7:30 p.m., the 4A all-stars face the 5A all-stars.

In last year's games, the 5A squad forced nine turnovers in an easy 36-14 victory over the 4A stars. The other game wasn't even that competitive as former Logan quarterback Riley Nelson led 3A to a lopsided 52-21 win over the 2A-1A team.

Tickets for both games are $5 for adults, $3 for students and $12 for a family pass up to six people.
