• The Jordan Valley Water Conservancy District Garden Fair is Saturday, 8 a.m.-2 p.m., at the Conservation Garden Park, 8215 S. 1300 West, West Jordan. The fair will include free classes on designing with Utah native and water-wise design. For more information, call 877-728-3420 or log on to www.slowtheflow.org.

• Red Butte Garden is hosting a workshop on herbs Saturday, 10 a.m.-noon. Regular garden admission applies; members get in free. No registration is required. For more information, log on to www.redbuttegarden.org.
