SirsiDynix, a Provo-based international library systems company, announced Tuesday the appointments of Gary M. Rautenstrauch as chief executive officer and Douglas R. Maughan as chief financial officer.
Rautenstrauch will be responsible for all SirsiDynix corporate functions and will assume his responsibilities Friday. Maughan will be responsible for all corporate finance and administration functions and will assume his new position on Monday. The two executives will maintain their primary offices at the SirsiDynix facility in Provo.
Rautenstrauch brings to SirsiDynix more than 30 years of corporate experience, including 25 years with vendors developing products and services for the worldwide library community. Maughan brings nearly 30 years of financial and administrative experience to SirsiDynix, including roles as CFO and vice president of administration for a range of companies.
