The annual Taylorsville Dayzz celebration will be June 29-July 3. The event kicks off with a free concert by Imagine, a Beatles tribute group, Friday, June 29, at 8 p.m. in Valley Regional Park, 5135 S. 2700 West, Taylorsville.
Saturday, June 30, will continue with a full day of activities for the entire family, including a Lions Club breakfast, 5K family fun run, parade, car show, carnival rides, Barnyard Buddies, entertainment on two stages and an evening fireworks program. Carnival rides open at 5 p.m., and vendors will be open for the dinner crowd. Free evening concerts will also be held June 29, 30 and July 3.
