KINGSTON, Piute County — A 55-year-old man was killed on State Road 62 Wednesday when his sport utility vehicle rolled.
David R. Banks was not wearing a seat belt and was ejected during the 9 p.m. crash, according to Utah Highway Patrol trooper Preston Raben. He was the vehicle's sole occupant.
SR 62 was shut down while crews cleared the crash, but traffic was not heavily affected because the road is not used heavily, Raben said.
