LAS VEGAS Tony Finau birdied the final three holes on the front nine at the Wynn Las Vegas Golf Club on Friday to remain 1-under par and in a tie for third place in the winner-take-all $2 million tournament.
Ken Jarner, a Las Vegas professional, is in first place, two shots ahead of Finau, in the Ultimate Game. The players were being re-paired for the final nine holes of the tournament, which should conclude by 8 p.m. MDT.
Finau battled back after bogeying the third hole and double-bogeying the fourth.
