Andrei Kirilenko should stay. Why trade a man who hustles the way he does, who rebounds and is a real spark? He can't do much when Jerry Sloan keeps him on the bench or selfish players won't pass him the ball.
I admire Kirilenko. If it weren't for him, I probably wouldn't watch the Jazz. He doesn't want to sit on the bench and take his salary. He wants to get in the game and contribute.
Keep him. Trade Deron Williams or Sloan.
