A 25-year-old man accused of robbing a Burger King restaurant, an Arby's restaurant and the Gateway Hollister's store has been charged with three counts of first-degree felony aggravated robbery.
According to documents obtained from 3rd District Court on Tuesday, the incidents occurred between May 29 and June 1. In the Burger King robbery and the Hollister's robbery, the robber wore a black suit, blue tie and white tennis shoes.
In each case, he told store employees he had a gun. He stole almost $1,000 in all, according to the documents.
If convicted of the felonies, the man could face life in prison and be fined up to $30,000.
