Question: I heard there was a virus on the installer disk for the iPod that only affects Windows. My iPod didn't come with a disk. What am I supposed to do for the software?

Answer: There was a virus on a small number of install disks at one time, but because iTunes software is revised so often, Apple quit putting out discs altogether. Once you get your shiny iPod, head to www.itunes.com and install the software for your operating system.
