Rep. Steve Urquhart, R-St. George, sponsor of the main school voucher bill, says that one possible outcome of a new lawsuit on which he's a plaintiff would be for the Utah Supreme Court to cancel the Nov. 6 referendum vote. But the lawsuit's aim is not specifically to have the high court cancel the vote. A Thursday story failed to include that qualification to statements given by Urquhart.
